Our White Wines

Chardonnay - Our Chardonnay is barrel fermented and aged in American and French Oak to resemble the traditional Burgundian white wine.  Forward fruit with hints of melons and vanilla, light toasted flavors and a long finish allows this wine to be enjoyed by itself or with fish, chicken or pork.

Pinot Gris - Our Pinot Gris is barrel fermented and aged in American and French Oak.  Its forward fruit, light flavors and crisp acidity with a long finish allow this wine to be enjoyed by itself or with fish, chicken or pork.

Gewurztraminer - Our Gewurztraminer has a tempting aroma of lychee-nut and spice.  There is an explosive perfume of nutmeg and clove on the palate for a long finish.  Enjoy this wine chilled by itself or with cheese, Asian foods, and light seafood.

 

Enlightenment - Our Enlightenment is a delicate blend of Pinot Gris and Riesling.  The fruitiness of Riesling blended with the light acid and toasted fruits of Pinot Gris make a classic blend. So pour a glass and let this wine enlighten your senses.

Vin Blanc - This Semi-sweet wine consists of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay with each grape giving flavors which compliment each other.  The wine has aromas of peach, melons and apples, a touch of oak, and a great finish.

Apple Wine - Frecon’s Apple Wine is a semi-sweet wine  made from Henry Frecon’s finest blend of apples grown in the family’s orchard.  The wine has the flavors of apple, some citrus, and is slightly sweet.

Seasonal fruit wine is also available. It is made from fruit grown at Frecon Orchards outside of Boyertown.
