Chardonnay - Our Chardonnay is barrel fermented and aged in American and French Oak to resemble the traditional Burgundian white wine. Forward fruit with hints of melons and vanilla, light toasted flavors and a long finish allows this wine to be enjoyed by itself or with fish, chicken or pork. |  |
Pinot Gris - Our Pinot Gris is barrel fermented and aged in American and French Oak. Its forward fruit, light flavors and crisp acidity with a long finish allow this wine to be enjoyed by itself or with fish, chicken or pork. | Please Note: Our Chardonnay and Pinot Gris are currently available in 2004 & 2005 Vintages. Seasonal fruit wine is also available. It is made from fruit grown at Frecon Orchards outside of Boyertown. |
