Our Red Wines

Pinot Noir - Our Pinot Noir is a fine example of the classic Burgundy grape. The wine, bright in color, black cherry on the palate, goes as well with salmon as it does with a good steak.

Cabernet Franc - Our Cabernet Franc is a fine expression of the classic grape of the Loire Valley in France Aged in American and French Oak, the full body and generous fruit will mate well with any red meat and strong cheeses.

Rockland Red - A seasonal blend of Red Vinifera grapes - Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Pinot Noir. With barrel aged flavors and a slightly sweet finish, this wine will go well at picnics and with light dinner fare.

Merlot - Our Merlot is a wine true to its varietal character, full, but not fat; fruity, but not over powering; ready to drink today with a good steak or nice pasta.

Wedding Cuvee is the marriage of cabernet franc and merlot. It is also the wine that was served at the weddings of two of our children, Brian to his wife Caitlin, and Missy to her husband David. We hope that you enjoy the wine, and like a good marriage it will get better with age.
